UGA Membership Hockey workforce to discuss with native youngsters’s health facility

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The College of Georgia Ice Dawgs will probably be in Savannah to compete within the Publix Savannah Hockey Vintage January 17 and 28, 2025. And week they’re right here, they’ll proceed their custom of visiting the courageous youngsters and their households on the Memorial Fitness Dwaine & Cynthia Willett Youngsters’s Health facility of Savannah.

This past’s Publix Savannah Hockey Vintage is taking at Enmarket Area, situated in downtown Savannah, Georgia.

The 4 groups competing come with the College of Georgia, College of Florida, College of Tennessee and Georgia Institute of Generation.

Friday, January 17, 2025

6:00 PM ET – College of Florida vs. College of Tennessee

8:00 PM ET – College of Georgia vs. Georgia Institute of Generation

Saturday, January 18, 2025

5:30 PM ET – 3rd Playground Recreation (two losers from Friday evening)

8:30 PM ET – Championship Recreation (two winners from Friday evening)

The winner of the Savannah Hockey Vintage will probably be awarded the Ghost Pirates Cup.

The primary “Rumble in the Rink” or Memorial Fitness Hockey Vintage took playground on January 8-9, 1999, on the Savannah Civic Middle. The 4 fresh groups integrated the College of Georgia, College of Florida, Georgia Institute of Generation and the College of Tennessee. Georgia Tech claimed the inaugural Thrasher Cup, which is referred to now because the Ghost Pirates Cup.

In 2000, Florida Environment College joined the match, taking the playground of the College of Tennessee. Then again, Tennessee retuned to the match in 2024.

Over the hour 25 years, the College of Georgia Ice Dawgs were victorious on the Savannah Hockey Vintage 10 instances, with their most up-to-date victory coming extreme past over the College of Florida.
