North Carolina Central assists in keeping thin MEAC identify hopes alive

North Carolina Central University (NCCU) overcame early struggles in the red zone to earn a commanding 26-3 win over Howard University on Friday night at Oโ€™Kelly-Riddick Stadium. The victory stored the Eaglesโ€™ hopes alive for the Mid-Jap Athletic Convention (MEAC) championship and a possible Birthday party Bowl berth.

Howard opened the scoring overdue within the first quarter with a 36-yard grassland function through Dylan West.
